Runners will be issued with a race dibber at registration, please dib in at each check point and again at the finish, when you hand in your dibber just after the finish, you will get a print out of your final time and position and your time at each check point.
If a checkpoint is closed, competitors are asked to make their way to the finish by the shortest route and report their retirement to the finish officials.
Especially the check point on the 2nd crossing of the A49. If anyone arrives here after 14.30 they must retire and make their way back along the B road back to Church Stretton. Please do not go up onto the Long Mynd as you will not get there before that check point and the finish closes.
If any competitor retires they are asked to confirm their retirement to the finish or a checkpoint official.
We hope you enjoy the race and look forward to seeing you again next year.
