Elite Athletes entry- Have you run sub 31 min for men (or sub 14.40 for 5km), or sub 36 min for women (or sub 17 for 5km), shown recorded on Power of 10 website within the last 2 years. Then please send name, age on raceday & Club to Dave at  telford10k@yahoo.co.uk for automatic entry.  All other Sub 40min & Masses runners to enter online via RunBritain. We use chip timing with mats at the start and finish to record your own personal time. 

Prizes to the first 5 Men & first 5 Women in the Elite race only, based on Gun time. First place £150 cash, Second £100, Third £50, Fourth £30, Fifth £20, for both Male & Female. Masters Prizes are, First man in each category M40, M45, M50, M55, M60, M65, M70. First Lady L40, L45, L50, L55, L60.

We will be hosting an inter area match for the Midlands region within the Elite race at 10.45am.

General Information on Race entry.
CHIP TIMING. Disposable shoe lace chips with Mats at Start & Finish.
Please ensure your disposable timing chip is attached to your shoe laces. Please loop it around laces on one shoe, peel off the tab and stick each end together.
Please note there is a £3 charge for replacement of lost numbers & chips. This includes return postage and cost of chip and number.
NUMBERS AND CHIPS FOR ONLINE ENTRIES WILL BE POSTED OUT IN SEPTEMBER.
Please note the charity donation on the online entry is optional. This is not handled by ourselves.
Online entry cost is still one of the lowest of any race with chip timing, £11 for UKA club runners, £13 unattached for others, this price includes card fee and return postage of number, chip etc. 
Good quality Medal to all finishers.

Race HQ at the Telford International Centre, with FREE car parking right next to the start, lots of toilets and large indoor space to keep warm.
This is within a short walking distance of the Town Park, Ice Rink, Hotels, Shopping Centre and new Southwater development.

From the East (Birmingham etc). Exit M54 motorway Junction 4.Take the second exit off the roundabout onto a dual carriageway, signposted ‘Town Park & Wonderland’. Go straight across the next 2 roundabouts. Take the third exit at the third roundabout, the international centre car park is next left at the traffic lights.

From the West (Shrewsbury etc). Exit M54 motorway Junction 5.Take the second exit off the roundabout, signposted ‘Southwater’, passing the large Hotel on your left. Turn left at first roundabout, then right at next roundabout, After the traffic lights you will see the Ice Rink in front of you. Turn left at the next roundabout and then immediately right at the traffic lights for the international centre car park.

From the North. Take the main A442 dual carriageway through Telford. Continue past the main town centre & railway station exit and take the next exit at the Randlay Roundabout Interchange. Turn right towards ‘Town Park & Wonderland’. Take the third exit at the next roundabout, the International Centre car park is next left.

From the South. Take the main A442 dual carriageway through Telford. Continue to the Randlay Roundabout Interchange.  Turn left towards ‘Town Park & Wonderland’. Take the third exit at the next roundabout, the International Centre car park is next left.
